Every asset is marked with a QR label or an existing inventory number. You assign the assets to rooms or employees, and then confirm each asset with a scan. You can resolve any outstanding assets at the end; the results are visible in real time on the web application dashboard, where you can also finalize the inventory.

Your existing smartphone acts as a QR code scanner. The Advanced Scanning Mode also uses text recognition to read inventory and serial numbers, whether they are printed or clearly handwritten. If needed, seventhings can work with scanner hardware providers.

Hand over tools or devices to employees with a digital signature and report damage with a photo. External parties can also report damage via a quick link, which then becomes an open task. QuickSearch finds assets using a single search field.
